We respond to copyright concerns
MyScoreStore respects copyright and expects every seller to upload only work they own or are licensed to sell. If you believe a listing infringes your copyright, tell us and we will review it and remove infringing material. We review every request by hand; nothing is taken down automatically.
How to report infringing content
The fastest way to reach us is our copyright request form. You can also email us at support@myscorestore.com. Please include enough detail for us to act:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed.
- The link (URL) to the specific listing or file you are reporting.
- Your name and contact details so we can follow up.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your report is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf. Submitting a knowingly false report can carry legal consequences.
What happens next
We aim to review requests promptly. If we agree the material is likely infringing, we remove or disable it and notify the seller. We may ask you or the seller for more information before deciding.
If you are the seller (disputing a removal)
If your listing was removed and you believe that was a mistake or that you hold the rights to sell the work, reply to our notice or email us at support@myscorestore.com with an explanation and any evidence of your rights. We will review your response in good faith and may restore the listing if the concern is resolved.
Repeat infringers
We maintain a policy of suspending or terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, the accounts of sellers who repeatedly upload infringing material.
