Description

This famous hymn has probably been 'sung out' at many occasions but it contains such simple words of comfort that it remains a firm favourite. This arrangement is for a soloist rather than for a congregation using the usual hymnbook setting. Although the words were penned in 1855 the tune was not written until 1868.
